A Bulgarian baker was arrested when he accidentally served cocaine-sprinkled cookies to guests at a Greek funeral. Attendees called the authorities when the otherwise traditional Greek cookies caused everyone to act strangely. Police quickly discovered that the powdered sugar was, indeed, cocaine.
The baker, a Bulgarian national, is part of a drug trafficking ring and had mistakenly sent the cookies to the funeral service. Using the bust as a clue, the police then raided the gang running the cookie operation, confiscating 60 kilograms of cocaine.
